Find Comfort in the Discomfort

“You know that nagging you feel deep in your soul? Listen to it! Whatever it is telling you, is possible! Make a plan, pray, do whatever you do, but don't lose hope. You can do it and you are worth the effort. “ - Erica, The Phoenix Project

One thing I have definitely learned is that you have to be comfortable with the discomfort. I personally find it helpful to re-label certain emotions that I have no choice to experience. Like when I scare the hell out of myself doing new and bigger things? That’s just growing pains and now it sounds more..manageable.

If you really want to transform yourself or any situation theres going to be a level on discomfort. Period. Accept it. It's. inevitable.

Your job is to manage it, re-label, whatever you have to do to get through it. Because whatever it is you want is on the other side.

Sound like too much? Consider that staying where you're at when you are wanting something else is also uncomfortable, maybe even more.

I agree 1000% with Erica. And if you know what we’re talking about and having recently experience some kind of transformation or in the middle one for yourself, then you might be ready for a session that celebrates who you are now, where you’ve been and who you are becoming. You know who you are. Contact me and let’s get started!
